PT. INDO BATAM EKATAMA was established in 1996, operating in export and import of all kinds of
ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap, electronic, rejected gold and silver plated, semi conductor,
PCBA components, cable/wire electronic, and plastic scrap industries, etc initially our export
markets limited to several countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. Along with development achieved
by our company, export markets have been expanding. Now our markets include Philippines, South Korea,
Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong and China.
In year 2000, we opened branch in Cikarang, in West Java, and in 2002 new
branches were opened in Medan in North Sumatera and
Pasuruan in East Java.
Our company achieved Export Award "PRIMANIYARTA 2003" for ABSOLUTE EXPORT VALUE-ADDED.
To facing challenge and opportunities, our company expanded business in hazardous management, such as operating incinerator for thermal destruction of hazardous waste and recycling liquid hazardous waste, operated in 2004. Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) created and to monitor all of the environmental impact, Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) implemented since 2004.
